Imogene Lahneman, a longtime resident of Cedar Crest Post Acute, celebrated her 100th birthday with family, friends, staff and a proclamation from State Sen. Nick Miller recognizing her milestone. The celebration included music, cake, flowers and a spa day, while loved ones shared stories from her life and 40-year career at Christian Science Publishing. Cedar Crest staff praised Lahneman's joyful spirit, resilience and active participation in resident activities, and she credited her long life to simply liking and embracing everyone.
