Leslie Schupper, LNHA
Administrator
Leslie has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2009 and prior to that she has served as in a variety of leadership roles in Behavioral Health Services. She has over 23 years of combined leadership experience with a passion for teaching and training the future generations.
Lisa Wilson
Director of Nursing
Lisa has a total of 35+ years in healthcare industry. She started her career as a CNA and eventually obtained her RN degree. She has been a Director of Nursing at multiple facilities in the PA region for the majority of her professional career and served as a consultant as well. She returned to her true passion as a DON within the last year to CCPA as she missed directly impacting the lives of the patients and residents. Lisa also enjoys mentoring other nursing professionals and guiding their journey to leadership.
Nasma Shahda
Admissions Director
Nasma is new to long term care but comes with a wealth of knowledge from her prior leadership roles in Human Services. What Nasma likes best about her job is connecting with the patients, residents, families and staff.
Barry Stopay
Food Service Director
Barry has 20 years experience in food service and has been with CCPA for 3 wonderful years. Barry cares for the residents and loves working with a great team. He is described by his colleagues as easygoing, innovative, and a team player.
